install Service Pack 2 patches for Windows XP

This video will show you how to run GTA IV on a pc without SP3.

Instructions:

Click Start

Click Run

Type: regedit

Click ok/Hit Enter

Click File - Export - Name - Click Save

Double Click: HKEY_LoCAL_MACHINE

Double Click: SYSTEM

Double Click: CurrentControlSet

Scroll down to: Windows

Click Windows

Right Click: CSDVersion

Left Click Modify

Change from 200 to 300

Click ok

Close Registry Editor

Click Start

Right Click My Computer

Left Click Properties

It should say Windows XP SP3*

Close Window and install game

*If it says SP2 reboot and check again

I decided to do a Windows Boot Race with my 2006 HP Pavilion Slimline 7400n and 1999 HP Omnibook.

Note:i accidently said 9000 instead of 6000 when i said The Onmibook has Windows 2000.

For GTA IV players if you change the SP in 3 you won’t get the RNM4 error when you start the game.

1. Go to Download.com

2. Search “Hypercam2″

3. Go to the Download Page

4. Download it

5. Install it

6. Open it up and go to ‘Licence’ Tab

7. Click “Enter Licence”

8. Paste the Code in there

9. Leave a Comment
