Windows XP SP2 to XP3 reg hack for GTA IV

Gta IV has been released few days ago,and it (kinda) needs service pack 3 instaled.
As some people (like me) don’t want to install sp3 just for gta,here’s this simple registry tweak.
Credit to original writer of below text,you saved us from sp3 :-)
Instaling sp3 ain’t bad thing,so you can do it anyway.
