This is the problem that I’ve been having with my MacBook HDD. This was the 3rd time it happened so I pulled out my camera and started recording.

Luckily, none of my information was damaged and I’m still able to use the computer however, I will be making a trip to the Apple store if it happens one more time.

I think the problem may have been the Windows Partition. I have removed it and haven’t experience this issue since.

If you have this problem, the please post. The problem needs to be addressed so newer customers are not plagued with this issue.

sorry the music does not last for ever. After installing the CF card as a IDE HDD I decided to transfer one of my HD digital movies to the computer to see how it performs. Works pretty fast but I am still afraid it will die on me some time soon. if you missed the last two videos I GOT two hp pavilion 8160 one mini case and one full size about 5 years ago, the full size one had those old ream that i tried installing Windows XP on but it didn’t work on only 32MB work. the mini one had DDR1 ram shoved in it but i never knew much about ram then. the i disassembled both and left them scattered around in the storage room. after realizing the micro hp 1860 motherboard could run windows xp i reassembled the full size case replacing the full size board with the micro board. it only ran a Intel Celeron processor and still does, i also smacked one 80gb hard drive for operating and another 320gb for storage. there is a low profile gforce 6200gt in side so it is not much for gaiming like my other duel SLI 8600gt core 2 quad, thousand watt rig. but i like this system allot because of the Duel 4gb CF cards i have running my second operating system, and the fact that i have ripped all my 123 DVDs in Hd megp2 onto my 320gb HDD. there was also a fiber glass display side door added, and i rigged a Evercool sharks socket 775 cpu cooler to fit on my old socket ??? it cools at temperatures of 20 degrees.

A simple alternative to using your hard disk as ram for XP Computers.
