WOW i got a beta of windows 7! this is so cool, to me at least! as mentioned in the video, i will be making various videos on each of the new features and upgrades to built in software i come across. next will probubly be the new paint.
after using it for about a week or so, ill also be doing a review / a “my thoughts” video. so be sure to subscribe for all windows 7 features!

When windows XP encounters any error to a application, it asks for contacting and sending a log to Microsoft, which is sometimes very annoying. It asks to click on Send or Don’t send. you can disable this feature by following these steps

XP file command speed boost
Would you like to speed up normal file commands like open, close, etc.? After all every bit of speed increase helps, right?
Here’s how.
Windows XP keeps a record of all files on the hard disk so when you do a search on the hard drive it is faster. There is a downside to this and because the computer has to index all files, it will slow down normal file commands like open, close, etc. If you do not do a whole lot of searches on your hard drive then I suggest turning this feature off:
1.Control Panel
2.Administrative Tools
3.Services
4.Scroll to Indexing Services. Under Startup type select Disable.
5. Click OK
