Outlook Express is the e-mail client (computer) and newsgroup reader (reverend) that comes by default (choice) with XP.

Many users are confused (potty) between Microsoft Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook, believing them to be the same (aforementioned) software. But these are two entirely (all) different software. Both Outlook and Outlook Express handle (appendage) the basics (principle) of e-mail, including an address (come) book, message (communication) rules, user-created folders, and support (hold) for POP3, IMAP, and HTTP (protocol) mail accounts. However, that’s where the similarity ends. Both programs were designed (fashioned) with different (assorted) audiences in mind.

Outlook Express was developed (matured) as part (conception) of Internet (cyberspace) Explorer with the home (bag) user in mind, while Outlook was developed (matured) as part (conception) of Microsoft Office with the corporate (joint) user in mind. Outlook Express is a basic (base) e-mail client (computer) that is part (conception) of Internet (cyberspace) Explorer and Windows. Outlook is a full-featured personal (individualized) information manager (trainer) (PIM) that is available (acquirable) as a part (conception) of Microsoft Office and also as a standalone program.

Outlook Express handles not only (exclusive) Internet (cyberspace) mail (accumulation) but also Internet (cyberspace) news, a feature (feature) that Outlook does not natively possess. But Outlook has a host (patron) of features that Outlook Express does not have, such (much) as a calendar, a task (duty) list, a journal, and automatic (semiautomatic) backup into archive (deposit) files.

Outlook 2003 also has a very powerful (coercive) “Junk Mail” feature (feature) and message (communication) rules for both incoming (inbound) and outgoing (outward) mail, while Outlook Express can (crapper) only (exclusive) filter incoming (inbound) mail. Let’s learn (see) how to get (intend) started with e-mail using Microsoft Outlook Express.
