And it should open (unstoppered) it up on your Taskbar of the Start Button.

look at your Task Tray and look (countenance) for "ViStart"

Right click (utter) on it and click (utter) on "Options" And Check Mark the box (incase) that says

"Start With Windows" and also UnCheck "Use Auto-Click Feature" Unless
