How to turn on System Restore on Windows XP Home Edition?

I've been trying to open (unstoppered) System Restore but it's turned off (soured) and if I try to turn it on, it will say (feature) that's been disabled (unfit) by Group Policy and the bad (intense) thing is that I'm running (streaming) Windows XP Home Edition, which means (effectuation) I can't open (unstoppered) it. Any Help???
